Omung Kumar travels to Uttarkashi for his Narendra Modi biopic

Biopic maestro Omung Kumar who is all set to direct his next upcoming venture ‘PM Narendra Modi’ is busy scouting locations for the film. Based on the life and journey of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the film is set to be the first biopic ever on a sitting Prime Minister. While on his location hunting spree in the town of Uttarkashi in Uttarakhand, Kumar met the Honourable Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat.

Kumar who has been relentlessly working on the project for the past two years recently visited the serene locales of Harshil village in Uttarkashi. He also travelled to the beautiful Nelang Valley which has not been explored as much in Bollywood.

Kumar has been travelling in and around the country to finalise the film’s locations in order to ensure complete authenticity of the project.

Starring one of the most versatile actors of the Hindi film industry Vivekanand Oberoi in and as ‘PM Narendra Modi’, the film recently had its grand poster launch by the Honourable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis. The film will be shot in locations across the country. Kumar is currently busy with ‘PM Narendra Modi’ which goes on the floors in the week of Republic Day.

‘PM Narendra Modi’ is a biopic that will traverse the journey of Narendra Damodar Modi from his humble beginnings to his years as Chief Minister and finally his landmark election as the Prime Minister of the world’s largest democracy.

Produced by Sandip Ssingh and directed by biopic maestro Kumar, ‘PM Narendra Modi’ has Vivekanand Oberoi playing Modi.
