Omung Kumar does extensive research for ‘PM Narendra Modi’

Biopic maestro Omung Kumar who is currently busy directing his next film ‘PM Narendra Modi’ has been going the extra mile to ensure complete authenticity. Much before the shoot of the film could begin, the filmmaker was seen conducting an extensive research to delve deep into knowing about the life of the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Damodardas Modi.

Sources tell us that Kumar has been reading many books and articles highlighting the works of the Prime Minister in order to get an accurate understanding and learn more about the functioning of Modiji. Not just that, the filmmaker has managed to get his hands on a few books and data that have been available in the international market to understand as to how Mr Modi has been perceived globally in the world of politics and otherwise. The filmmaker has also been watching the PM’s video footage and clippings to adapt intricate details and nuances in the character.

Apart from this, it is known that Kumar has been working tirelessly for the past two years on the project and had been traveling across the length and breadth of the country to zero in on the film’s locations before beginning the shoot of the film. He has been leaving no stone unturned to make sure that complete justice is done to the titular character and the film.

‘PM Narendra Modi’ the biopic will traverse the journey of Narendra Damodar Modi from his humble beginnings to his years as Chief Minister onto his landmark win at the 2014 election and finally being nominated as the Prime Minister of India.

With a poster launched in 23 languages, this larger than life biopic will be shot extensively in Gujarat and across locations within the country. Omung is currently busy with ‘PM Narendra Modi’ which has just gone on the floors.

Produced by Suresh Oberoi and Sandip Ssingh and directed by biopic maestro Omung Kumar, this much-anticipated biopic comprising an ensemble cast has versatile actor Vivekanand Oberoi in and as ‘PM Narendra Modi’.
