Omkar Kapoor reveals the time he acted with Sonam Kapoor

Omkar Kapoor impressed the audience and critics alike��with his performance in ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2′ (2015). However, a little known fact about the newcomer is that he acted with Sonam Kapoor on the sets of the actress’ debut film, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Saawariya’ (2007), where he was an assistant director.

Revealing this to��Filmfare, Omkar said, “I happened to train as an actor while assisting SLB during ‘Saawariya’. ��I was given the job of rehearsing scenes with Sonam Kapoor. ��In this manner, SLB sir gave me a hands-on practice as an actor too. ��Perhaps, he found something interesting in me.”

Omkar has also previously worked as a child actor, featuring in films such as ‘Masoom’ (1983), ‘Judwaa’ (1997) and ‘Hero No.1’ (2007).
