As with many filmsof B-town,sequelsarebecoming the normeven before theinitial film has releases.Another filmmaker to join the follow-up film bandwagon is actor-producer Paresh Rawal.
As the ‘OMG! Oh My God’ cast and crew gear up for its release at the end of September, Rawal is already in talks regarding a sequel. NDTVreports Rawal confirming, “Yes, we are working on a sequel.” Although the actor did not reveal much, he did go on to explain how the first film was inspired by the Gujarati play ‘Kanji Viruddh Kanji’ whichhe himself was involved in. “Those who have seen the play are familiar with the story but the film has some surprises to throw…he story remains same but the interpretation is different. There are quite a few surprises in the film. But we cannot reveal them otherwise the audience will not enjoy it,” he explained.
Set to release in 28th September, ‘OMG! Oh My God’ will also star Akshay Kumar and Mithun Chakraborty, with Prabhu Deva and Sonakshi Sinha making a special appearance in a dance number.
