Despite the film yet not having a secured titled, Prawaal Raman seems to be doing well with his adaptation of the Hollywood supernatural film ‘Oculus’ (2013). According to reports, the film is set to release in the early summer.

Talking to the media was Saqib Saleem, who is playing a lead along with his sister Huma Qureshi.ZEE News reported Saleem expressing, “We have finished the film about 90 per cent with only eight to ten days of shooting left, which we will finish in a couple of months. We are looking at a May-June release right now. It has shaped up really well, I am very excited… I just saw it two days back and I was very proud of it.”

With the storyline being based on a brother and sister, it seem Raman has gotten lucky with his casting for this one, having a real brother and sister playing his leads.

Talking about the title of the film, the actor went onto add that the makers are trying to think of something really clever. “When the film is slightly in the thriller-horror space, we don’t have a vocabulary in Hindi for it. What will we call it, ‘Shaapit Sheesha’? So that way it is difficult to come with a name which justifies the film… But in all honesty, we have a couple of titles, so we will be revealing the namesoon,” he added.

The film focuses on the story of a brother and sister who had been separated at a young age due to a strange antique mirror.
