BBC Asian Network presenter, Noreen Khan has launched her fashion label, Noreen Khan Couture.
The label is a collaboration between Khan and Birmingham based designer Gaby Manchanda and the very first collection includes several signature pieces such as the unique ‘one piece sari dress’ and a vibrant raw silk corset lengha. The DJ turned radio presenter has created this exciting new label for the woman who wants to make a statement but also look effortlessly sexy and feminine.
Noreen Khan says, I am delighted to be launching my very own label. This has been a real passion for me and it۪s great to see it all finally come together. Gaby has been dressing me for my hosting events for years and it just became a natural progression to work on my own line together. We offer a bespoke made-to-measure service so any outfit will be the perfect fit.
Noreen Khan Couture will not only give the fashion conscious that original stand out from the crowd۪ look, but also the carefully selected quality fabrics will ensure constant comfort. There are classics pieces like the timeless sari, and modern suits like the glam churidaar suit and quirky floor length Anarkali dresses coupled with fitted lace jackets.
Noreen has always been a fashionista at heart. Long before her presenting days with Brit Asia and BBC Asian Network she set up her own fashion boutique when she was just 21. Gaby has been involved in bespoke designing for the past 12 years specialising in sarees, exquisite embroideries and bridal wear. Both women have a strong flair for fashion which they now want to share with the world through this label.
