Noor TV disappears from Sky EPG

Islamic religious channel, Noor TV has abruptly disappeared from the Sky EPG.

The channel is no longer available on EPG 812, fuelling speculation about Noor TV’s future.

Noor TV broadcasts from Birmingham and is one of the UK’s longest running Islamic channels. It has been on-air since 2006.

In these circumstances, Sky would only remove a channel from the EPG if A. Payment has not been received from the broadcaster B. Technical fault with the channel. It is not yet known what has resulted in Noor TV going off-air.
