Nobody excited to cast Saif-Kareena together?

Though Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen playing a cameo in Saif Ali Khan�۪s upcoming film, ��Happy Ending�۪, the real life couple have not been paired together in a full-fledged film for quite some time.�� Saif Ali Khan says this is most likely due to the fact that their films together did not click at the box-office, leading to filmmakers not being excited to cast them together.

When questioned by Absolute India on whether it was a conscious decision for the couple to no longer work together, the actor said, ���It�۪s a shame because Kareena is a really good actress.�� I guess when films haven�۪t worked, nobody is really excited in casting you together.�� It seems that there is an excuse that they are married and it doesn�۪t bother me. ��I�۪d rather see her the way I see her.�� Also, it�۪s not the most exciting thing to be working with your wife.�۝

The couple, who got married in 2012, have worked together in ��LOC: Kargil�۪ (2003), ��Omkara�۪ (2006), ��Tashan�۪ (2008), ��Kurbaan�۪ (2009) and ��Agent Vinod�۪ (2012).

��Happy Ending�۪ is slated to release on 21st November.�� The film stars Saif Ali Khan, Ileana D�۪Cruz, Govinda and Kalki Koechlin in lead roles, with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Preity Zinta in cameos.
