No Skype interviews for Mahira Khan

After the political tension between India and Pakistan, it was a given that Mahira Khan, who makes her Bollywood debut with ‘Raees’ would not be going back to India to promote the film. However, some assumed she would give interviews to Indian media via Skype, which is now also being dismissed.

A source informed DNA this, adding, “There will be no media interactions with Mahira. All the media interactions in Mumbai will be with Shah Rukh and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Besides Mumbai, there will be no other city promotions for Raees, as Shah Rukh doesn’t do city promotions.”

Directed by Rahul Dholakia , ‘Raees’ releases on 25th January. The film also stars Shah Rukh Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
