As more and more filmmakers revisit hit films from the past, it seems Rohit Shetty isn’t quite ready to take the plunge just yet.
In the midst of gearing up for his Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol starer ‘Dilwale’, the filmmaker feels like he needs to take on one film at a time. Whilst talking to the media about ‘Dilwale’ he was asked about what his plans are for his idea to remake Subhash Ghai’s ‘Ram Lakhan’ (1989). As reported by Mid-Day, Shetty replied, “I have not even thought about the casting now, though there are several speculations surrounding the film. I will only do the casting once I finish this (Dilwale).”
It looks like audiences may have to wait a little longer for this remake to happen. However with the news of Khan and Kajol gracing the screens once again is enough to excite them even more.
