No nikaah for Saif Ali Khan & Kareena Kapoor?

Newlyweds Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor may not have had the ‘nikaah’ ceremony, instead its reported that they followed Christian tradition to solemnise their wedding.

With Kapoor’s mother Babita being Christian, the couple simply exchanged vows and rings, ��with the event itself being a simple affair, followed by a lavish reception attended by big Bollywood personalities thereafter.

“They just exchanged vows at the Taj Mahal hotel in Colaba. There were no ‘saath pheras’ … They did not adhere to any particular style (of wedding),” said Manish Malhotra in a news byte to Zee News.

Khan and Kapoor got married earlier this week after dating for five years. They were last seen on screen in the box office dud ‘Agent Vinod’ earlier this year.
