No legal notice for Rakhi Sawant

Since Ekta Kapoor filed a legal notice for the Kannada remake of ��The Dirty Picture�۪ (2011), it is only to be expected that she will do this for other remakes of the film too. The Bengali version stars item girl Rakhi Sawant in the title role, and there were rumors that she was outraged at the news of the notice given to Veena Malik in the previous remake.

Hindustan Times reports that Sawant stood her ground and protested against the idea of a notice being sent to her; ���She (Ekta) sent a notice to Veena Malik and not to me because I am Rakhi Sawant. She knows if she does that I�۪ll enter her house in protest. My director Shatabdi Roy is herself a member of Parliament. Who can send a notice to her?�۝

Sawant was reportedly heard criticising the original film and the way Silk Smitha was depicted. ���The way Silk Smitha was shown in the film is completely hideous. Item girls don�۪t go into people�۪s rooms and say ��entertainment, entertainment, entertainment�۪. I�۪m the original item girl. I don�۪t smoke or booze. We get work because of our talent and not because of all that has been shown in that film.�۝
