No intimate scenes for Alia Bhatt in ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’?

With news constantly being reported about Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, its been said that Alia Bhatt will not be involved in any intimacy on-screen due to the current coronavirus guidelines.

The film, which revolves around Bhatt’s character Gangubai will be seen being pushed into prostitution at an early age. Apparently, the coronavirus restrictions will not permit her character to be seen in any intimacy with other characters.

A source told a leading publication, “I guess it’s better to be safe than sorry in these troubled times. Physical intimacy would definitely be avoided in Bhansali’s shooting. He will find another way of showing a romantic closeness.”

The film also stars Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi in pivotal roles.
