No female lead confirmed for ‘Sooryavanshi’ yet

Recent rumours had put Pooja Hedge in the running as Akshay Kumar’s leading lady in the upcoming ‘Sooryavanshi’ which was announced along with ‘Simmba’ (2018). However, it seems this speculation is unfounded.

Rohit Shetty, who is set to join hands with Kumar for the first time with the film, apparently confirmed to Times Now that the script is still to be finalised. As such, there hasn’t been any thought given to who would be the female lead in the film as yet.

Shetty’s ‘Simmba’ has made history at the box office for him and is still doing well almost two weeks after release.

The film stars Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Ashutosh Rana and Sonu Sood in the main roles.
