No evidence of conspiracy found in Aryan Khan’s drugs case

Weeks after Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was released on bail in a drugs case, a Bombay High Court order has found no evidence of conspiracy.

The court said that that nothing objectionable was found in WhatsApp messages between Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.

The order read, “There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit unlawful act.”

It added, “Merely because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were travelling in the same cruise, that by itself cannot be a foundation for the charge of conspiracy against them.”

Furthermore, the order stated that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) cannot base its case on the alleged confessional statements recorded by the investigating officer as they are not binding, according to NDTV.
