No dispute between Sonam Kapoor and Abhay Deol during ‘Raanjhanaa’

It had been reported that Abhay Deol and Sonam Kapoor had a bit of a falling out during the release of their film ‘Aisha’ (2010). However, it has been revealed that during the shooting of their upcoming film ‘Raajhanaa’, the pair were actually working on good terms.

NDTV reports director Anand L Rai talking to the media explaining, “Sonam liked the film and she came on board. Then I told the story to Abhay. He liked his part and agreed to do the film. There were no issues at all between Sonam and Abhay. I did not feel any cold vibes between both of them while shooting for the film.”

The dispute first came about, when Deol allegedly expressed that he wasn’t happy with the way ‘Aisha’ was being made. Seeing as the film was produced by Kapoor’s father Anil Kapoor, the actor’s comments weren’t received well by the actress. Well it looks like both have cleared the air and are civil enough to be able to work together.

Releasing on 21st June, ‘Raanjhanaa’ will also see ‘Kolaveri Di’ singer Dhanush playing a pivotal part in the movie.
