No action roles for Kareena Kapoor Khan

Kareena Kapoor Khan has always enjoyed balancing performance-oriented films with��masala entertainers, where she plays the conventional heroine. ��However, one genre the actress is not interested in performing is action roles.

Deccan Chronicle��quote Kapoor Khan as saying, “I can�۪t see myself doing kickass roles. Even if George Lucas offers me an action role, I won�۪t do it because I can�۪t see myself flying in the air. That isn�۪t me. Flying, jumping, somersaulting isn�۪t for me. I don�۪t like doing action roles ��� not that I can�۪t do it. I can, but I am more than happy being known for roles such as the one I did for ‘Jab We Met’.”

Kapoor Khan was last seen in this year’s blockbuster, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, and will soon be seen opposite Diljit Dosanjh in Abhishek Chaubey’s ‘Udta Punjab’ and opposite Arjun Kapoor in R Balki’s ‘Ki and Ka’.
