No Aamir Khan in ‘Dil 2’?

Aamir Khan and Madhuri Dixit starrer ‘Dil’ (1990) is a film now referred to as a classic. However, to the surprise of many, although a sequel is being planned by director Indra Kumar, he has said he will not be signing Khan in this second instalment.

Kumar spoke to IANS, “I will make ‘Dil 2’, but I can’t cast Aamir in the film because he can’t fit in that role now. Let’s see who can do justice to the role”.

Currently, Kumar is gearing up for the release of his film ‘Super Nani’ which stars Rekha in the lead role. Talking about the film, he said, “I didn’t convince Rekha. She loved the script and the script convinced her to do the film. When you will see the film, you will know how hard she has worked for it”.
