Nitin Vaidya quits Star TV India

Nitin Vaidya has quit his post at Star TV India as the Business Head of the network’s Hindi channels.

Vaidya has put his papers in after a brief 14-months at the broadcaster. He joined Star TV India in May 2011 and was heading Star Plus, Star One (now Life Ok), Star Gold and Star Utsav.

Prior to Star India, Vaidya was at ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (Zeel) COO – National channels and ZEE TV business head.

Confirming the news, Vaidya told IndianTelevision, “Yes I have quit. It was an interesting and excellent experience.”
