Nitin Kakkar confirms Fawad Khan in next

BizAsia previously reported that Fawad Khan was likely to star in Nitin Kakkar�۪s directorial, ��Raat Baaki�۪, which would be produced by Salman Khan Films. Kakkar himself has now confirmed the news.

Talking to DNA, Kakkar said, ���We go on floors with Fawad sometime next year. He is locked in. We are currently in the process of getting an actress on board.�۝ The film will roll early next year when Fawad�۪s dates are available. However, unlike the director�۪s last film Filmistan, there is no social message in this one. The director adds, ���This is an urbane love story. But more than that, it�۪s an interesting take on relationships between a boy and a girl�۝.

Initially, rumours were flying about that Khan would star in ��Jugalbandi�۪. A source revealed, ���Amar Butala, who�۪s heading SKF, has been in constant touch with Fawad and it�۪s true that the two have finally decided to work together. But it�۪s not for Jugalbandi. Fawad has greenlit Filmistaan director Nitin Kakkar�۪s next film instead�۝.

Khan will be seen next in ��Ae Dil Hai Mushkil�۪ which is a Diwali release.
