Nine new shows to launch on SAB TV

Talking about the calm before the storm! SAB TV – a channel, which is rarerly in the spotlight has announced today that it will be launching nine new shows over the next two months.

The “comedy” channel, which is available on Sky Digital EPG 829 works in conjunction with Leicester based MATV. The nine new shows are a blend of sitcoms and kids programmes.

A Madhouse A story of relationships between three young girls, three young boys, an old bachelor and their day to day stepping on each other’s toes. A love-hate relationship sitcom.

Chamcha In Chief A story of Chamcha who gets a chance to come to the rescue when the Chief Minister is jailed. The wife then becomes his replacement acting as the new Chief Minister. A humorous comedy.

Sabse Bada Rupaiya A story of a family, left with lots of wealth but no written will. Who will get the major share in the property? Watch this dose of laughter and look out for new tricks, the brothers and the wives have up their sleeve to outdo each other.

Masti A comedy about an uncle surrounded by four of his mischievous nephews, who make his life miserable. It will be fun to watch their brilliant pranks and how their poor uncle copes with them.

Platform No.9 A railway platform is a mirror of different cultures, people and their day-to-day life. Rakesh Bedi, an established comedy actor will play a plethora of characters out of real life.

Aaj Ka Shriman Shrimati A sequel to the popular evergreen series Shriman Shrimati but with a contemporary backdrop.

Say Na Something The popular kids show hosted by Tabasum returns on SAB TV.

Power Man What transpires when an idiot, fond of experimenting, stumbles on super power, forms the central plot of this hilarious comedy.

Zimmedar Kaun A talk show, which tries to find out who is responsible for a common man’s problem.

The channel is undergoing an aggressive makeover with fresh programming and some on screen changes, just in time for the spring season.
