Nimrat Kaur as Arjun Kapoor’s leading lady in YRF’s next?

BizAsia brought you the story some time back that Arjun Kapoor could be seen in a forthcoming Yash Raj Films (YRF) venture helmed by Shimit Amin. Now, it�۪s emerged that none other than Nimrat Kaur has been cast as female lead in the as yet unnamed movie.

A source close to Amin is believed to have told Bollywood Life, ���The director has met Nimrat a couple of times, and has narrated the script to her. She is likely to be paired opposite Arjun Kapoor in the film. The legal formalities are yet to be worked out�۝.

Kaur has seen her popularity rise after ��The Lunchbox�۪ (2013) which was critically acclaimed. She has also been starring in American TV series ��Homeland�۪.

No doubt this new Jodi will be one to look out for.
