Debuting in the forthcoming ‘Revolver Rani’, TV actress Nikunj Malik believes that her role in the film was cut short. Making matters difficult, she has openly expressed how she feels it is due to lead actress Kangna Ranaut this has happened.
When the media mentioned Ranaut to the equation, Hindustan Timesreported Malik stating, “It could be her. I don۪t know for sure as I can only suspect. I have many group scenes with her, but a few solo ones that were planned were never shot.” According to reports the actress is so upset she has decided to pull out of promoting the film or even watch it all together.
Nonetheless, when director Sai Kabir’s name was acknowledges, Malik was quick to go against that, “He isn۪t to be blamed. He is helpless as it۪s his directorial debut.”
In saying this, when Kabir was contacted he was the one to defend Ranaut in the situation, explaining that Malik wouldn’t understand the way things work behind the camera, “Nikunj۪s done a good job, but she doesn۪t understand film-making. She۪s just panicking. Kangana isn۪t part of the edit process, and has nothing to do with it. ‘Revolver Rani’Nikunj۪s done a good job, but she doesn۪t understand film-making. Looks like the newbie has a lot to learn about the film making business. Here’s hoping she can put this behind her and enjoy being a part of such a production to it’s fullest.
