Nick & Priyanka welcomed their daughter 12 weeks early

Proud parents, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas reportedly welcomed their new born daughter, 12 weeks early.

DailyMail reports that their new bundle of joy arrived via surrogacy on Sunday 16th January at 27 weeks. She was born at Southern California hospital and is expected to remain there until she is healthy enough to return to LA with Nick and Priyanka.

A source told the publication, “Priyanka doesn’t have any fertility issues preventing her from having a baby, but she is 39 now so it’s not getting any easier.”

It added, “Their busy work schedules also mean that it’s difficult for them to physically be together to conceive when she is ovulating, so some time ago they went down the surrogacy route.”

The baby was due in April but was born prematurely.
