Nick Jonas & Priyanka Chopra officially married

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are officially husband and wife!

The couple that has taken global media by storm, got married in Rajasthan at the Umaid Bhawan Palace. The Christian ceremony was held today, with Jonas’ father, a pastor, officianting the rituals. Tomorrow, the Hindu ceremony will take place to honour Chopra’s religious upbringing.

In pictures posted by Chopra earlier, she shared images from her mehndi ceremony, which was held on Friday. She posted the following caption and pictures:

One of the most special things that our relationship has given us is a merging of families who love and respect each other's faiths and cultures. And so planning our wedding with an amalgamation of both was so so amazing. An important part for the girl in an Indian wedding is the Mehendi. Once again we made it our own and it was an afternoon that kicked off the celebrations in the way we both dreamed. @nickjonas

Jonas and Chopra, got engaged four months ago, putting to rest months of endless rumours.

Designer, Ralph Lauren took the opportunity to congratulate the newlyweds on its social media. It said:
