Nick Jonas on his experience of what makes a relationship work

With wedding bells ringing from every angle of the Indian Film Industry, the world is waiting in anticipation for the big day when Priyanka Chopra weds Nick Jonas. With Chopra already having had her bachelorette party and bridal shower, it seems the couple are having the most fun in the run-up to their big day. Jonas recently gave some sound advice on what he feels makes a good relationship.

“You have to be honest with your other half. That’s where the beauty of a real relationship is, being able to be your authentic self. I have that in my life now,” Bollywood Life reports Jonas stating from a leading American TV show.

Chopra’s cousin Parineeta Chopra was also a huge part of the celebrations, where she spoke to the media about how she felt of he future brother-in-law. “Just day before yesterday I was sitting with Nick when he was here. We were sitting at home and chilling and I was just telling him how eight months ago, his life was totally different. No one would’ve thought that they were going to be engaged to be married. And he was also like this was totally bizarre and unreal,” she said.

Chopra went on to add, “But, I always wondered who Mimi didi (Priyanka) was going to marry. I always thought who that guy would be. And when you meet Nick, it is kind of reassuring that she has found her one, the man who is right for her. He is funny, calm, normal, simple and he loves her. She adores him and they’re very much in love. They look wonderful together. I don’t think there could have been a better person for her.”

Chopra and Jonas are all set to tie the knot in the first week of December in an intimate ceremony on Jodhpur, if recent reports are to be believed.
