Sky Digital subscribers will be receiving brand new viewing cards in a change that takes affects in the coming weeks. The new viewing cards contain new software, which also fixes any bugs that your current Sky box may have. ZEE viewers’ are being reminded that this change affects all Sky subscribers and not just them. The new cards will replace the existing ones, which can later be destroyed.
Please follow these instructions once you have received your new card:
Keep Sky Digibox switched on -Remove existing Sky card and wait 5 seconds
Insert the new viewing card in the same slot facing upwards
Wait up to 20 seconds, a message should appear on your screen indicating that the new card is being authorised
A “Press the “Back Up Button” message should prompt, which should be followed
