Netflix ditches free trial subscriptions in UK & USA

Netflix has scrapped its free trials for non-subscribers in the UK and US.

The streaming giant is no longer offering the 30-day trial. A statement from the company said, “Free trials are not available, but you can still sign up and take advantage of all Netflix has to offer. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no commitments. You have the freedom to change your plan or cancel online at any time if you decide Netflix isn’t for you.”

The free trial service is still available in other countries like Austria, Croatia and Cyprus.
