Neil Nitin Mukesh on his February wedding

BizAsiaLive.com reported last month that Neil Nitin Mukesh would be marrying his fiance Rukmini in Feburary. It’s now emerged that the wedding will be taking place in Udaipur and Mukesh has opened up about the ceremony.

“My parents wanted a big fat Indian wedding for us, but I wanted it to be an intimate family affair so we chose Udaipur where all of us could get together for the big day. It will also be a great way for Rukmini to meet my extended family over three days,” said Mukesh to Pinkvilla.

The wedding’s rituals will begin on 7th February with the wedding taking place on the 9th. The industry reception will also be happening on 17th February. Talking about the mehndi, Mukesh divulges, “The mehendi ceremony on February 8 has the mela theme featuring several games, and Rajasthani folk performances. This will be followed by sangeet night where my father will sing few of his popular tracks. I have planned something for Rukmini too but want to keep it a surprise”.
