Neha Sharma opposite Arjun Kapoor in ‘Mubarakan’?

When ‘Mubarakan’ was announced, many would have thought that the cast was the final actor featuring in the film. However, rumour has it that ‘Tum Bin 2’ actress Neha Sharma could well be seen playing Arjun Kapoor’s love interest in the film.

A source from the film’s production team told TOI, “For a while, we were hunting for the third girl in the story. It’s a small part, but important to the narrative. The role is of a girl who will briefly romance one of Arjun’s two characters. Talks are in advanced stages with Neha. Modalities are being worked out”. It seems Sharma will be joining the team during the Delhi schedule.

The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Ileana D’Cruz and Athiya Shetty. It’s directed by Anees Bazmee.
