Neha Bajpayee to play Maanyata Dutt in Sanjay Dutt biopic?

Having been kept away from the limelight since her last film ‘Acid Factory’ (2009), news has it that Neha Bajpayee may return with Rajkumar Hirani’s forthcoming Sanjay Dutt biopic.

As Mumbai Mirror reports, Hirani has apparentlysigned the former actress to play the role of Dutt’s wife Maanyata Dutt. With shooting already underway in Mumbai, the filmmaker has Ranbir Kapoor playing the lead, and Anushka Sharma reprising the role of a journalist.

It has also been revealed that the likes of Sonam Kapoor and Paresh Rawal are already part of the project. However, its been reported that the filmmaker is still looking for an actress to play Dutt’s legendary mother Nargis.
