‘Neerja’ to premiere on Star Plus & Star Gold in May

Star TV UK has confirmed that it will be premiering this year’s hit movies ‘Neerja’ in May.

The broadcaster confirmed to BizAsiaLive.com that the films will be a part of a ‘Triple Premiere’ package on the channel in May. The films include:

‘Neerja’ – a portrayal on the life of the courageous Neerja Bhanot, who sacrificed her life while protecting the lives of 359 passengers on the Pan Am flight 73 in 1986. The flight was hijacked by a terrorist organization. It stars Sonam Kapoor. ‘Neerja’ will premiere on Saturday 14th May on Star Gold at 20:00 and on Star Gold at 23:00.

‘Sanam Re’ and ‘Tere Bin Laden – Dead Or Alive’ will also be premiering on the channel in May – telecast details yet to be announced.
