NDTV Imagine to axe two shows; start new

NDTV Imagine will be axing two shows, to make space for a new line-up.

Out goes Rajshri Productions’ ‘Main Teri Parchhain Hoon’ and DJ�۪s ‘Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi’ and in their place will come new dramas ‘Jyoti’, ‘Dehleez’ and ‘Seeta Aur Geeta’ – timings of, which will be announced shortly.

According to TellyChakkar, both shows will bid adieu to the channel in mid-February.

Rajshri Productions’ Kavita Barjatya confirms the news saying, “It’s very unfortunate that this has happened. We have always put in our best but it is the channel’s decision and we respect that.”

In the UK, NDTV Imagine is set to unveil a slew of new shows from mid-February, which will see the introduction of movie premieres at the weekend, news bulletins from NDTV India and new dramas.
