NDTV delays launch of ‘Metro Nation’

India’s popular NDTV news network has delayed the launch of its upcoming channel ‘NDTV Metro Nation’, which was to take place in September.

The channel was set to go live simultaneously in India, UK, US and Canada. ‘NDTV Metro Nation’ will now launch in India later this year, followed by an international launch next year, unless a UK distribution deal has been finalised prior that.

In the UK, the broadcaster has only one channel ‘NDTV 24/7’ on Sky Digital.
