NCLT adjourns ZEE-Invesco case until mid-December

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has adjourned the ongoing case between ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited and investor, Invesco, until 14th December.

The Mumbai bench of NCLT, comprising Bhaskara Pantula Mohan and Narendra Kumar Bhola said, “In view of the appeals filed at the Bombay High Court and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), this matter is adjourned to December 14 for further consideration.”

A division bench of the Bombay High Court is expected to hear the case on 29th November, with the NCLAT taking it up for further consideration on 6th December.
