NCB reportedly not to pursue case with Aryan Khan?

On 3rd October, it was reported that Aryan Khan – son of Shah Rukh Khan – had been arrested after a raid on a cruise ship in Mumbai. It’s now being reported that the Narcotics Control Bureau will not be pursuing the case further.

E Times reports that recent buss suggests that, once Aryan’s custodial time is over on 4th October, his legal team will immediately proceed with a bail request. It is a bailable charge that Aryan has received and it’s thought he is likely to be released.

The publication reports that he has been charged under sections 8C, 20B, 27 and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
