NCB files 12,000 page charge sheet against 33 people in Sushant Singh Rajput case

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), which registered two cases in connection with the death of Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput, has filed a charge sheet of 12,000 pages against 33 people. And sources say, within the list, includes Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty.

NCB sources said that names include Singh Rajput’s then girlfriend Rhea, Showik, former manager Samuel Miranda, house help Dipesh Sawant and drug peddler Anuj Keshwani, from whom commercial quantity of drugs (LSD sheets and marijuana) were first found. Two foreign nationals were also mentioned in Agisilaos Demetriades, brother of Arjun Rampal’s South African girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades and Kshitij Prasad, former executive producer associated with Dharma Productions.

The NCB had in August last year registered two cases related to drugs in connection with the death of Singh Rajput, reports the New Indian Express. The NCB had also arrested Rhea and Showik in connection with the case in September last year. They are currently out on bail.

On 14th June last year, the 34-year-old star was found hanging at his rented duplex flat in a affluent society in Bandra, triggering a massive investigation in Bollywood and political circles.

The NCB also questioned several other celebrities including Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Rakul Preet Singh, Karishma Prakash and others in connection with the case.
