Nawazuddin Siddiqui sends legal notice to Filmfare

Not one to be deterred by rumours, it seems this time Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been pushed to the edge and has filed a legal notice against Filmfare magazine over a defamatory article.

In the story published on 8th March by Filmfare, Siddiqui was linked with an unidentified woman, implying he is dating her and suggesting that he is going through marriage woes with wife Anjali.

The notice says that the article has caused “unwarranted and uncalled for mental torture, trauma and inconvenience” for the actor.

Filmfare have been seven days to apologise and release a clarification.

Siddiqui has denied any marriage issues.
