Naseeruddin Shah’s special appearance in ‘Begum Jaan’

Vidya Balan’s next after ‘TE3N’ is ‘Begum Jaan’, being made by the Bhatt camp. It’s been confirmed that Naseerudding Shah will have a special appearance in the film.

“Naseer will make a special appearance but his character is pivotal to the plot. He has worked with us in ‘Naajayaz’ (1995) and ‘Sir’ (1993) in the past. We’ve always shared a special bond with him but we didn’t come across a story worthy enough to approach him before for an actor of his caliber,” said Mukesh Bhatt, according to TOI.

The film will see Balan star as the brothel madan and it’s thought eleven newcomers will be playing sex workers.
