Nargis Fakhri’s item song in ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’ changed

Nargis Fakhri’s item song ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’ had to be changed after director Rajkumar Santoshi objected to it.

A unit member told Mid-Day, ���The actress rehearsed for her item number on Wednesday night as it had to be shot the next day. But Santoshi didn�۪t like the song and it was dropped the next day.�۝

Producer Ramesh Taurani says, ���Yes, the song was changed. We recorded a special track for the trailer and decided to weave a new track around it. We didn�۪t have any conflict with Rajji on the music.�۝ Santoshi remained unavailable for comment.

Fakhri re-did the item song again on Friday, which was filmed and put in the final edit.
