Currently in the midst of preparing for her first Hollywood film ‘Spy’, actress Nargis Fakhri has surprisingly expressed how she feels better being a part ofthe Indian film industry, than to that in the west.
According to Times of India, whilst talking to the media Fakhri explained, “I think I am feeling comfortable in Bollywood more than in Hollywood because I have spent more time here now and I am understanding a lot of things. I am feeling pretty good here. I really don’t plan on running off anywhere. What I do love so much is music and dancing so, that’s why I prefer to give more attention here. I love music.”
Though her debut film ‘Rockstar’ (2011) didn’t see her gain much success, her choice of films that followed have seen her blossoming into a good actress and she seems more than happy at the position she is in now. “I always wanted to do a bit of Bollywood and a bit of Hollywood. I am in a great phase and very happy. I have made it on my own, so it’s been an interesting journey,” she went onto add.
Directed by Paul Feig, ‘Spy’ will see Fakhri alongside big names such as Jude Law, Melissa McCarthy, Jason Statham and British comedian Miranda Hart
