Nana Patekar confirms legal notice sent to Tanushree Dutta

Nana Patekar’s lawyer has confirmed that a legal notice has been sent to Tanushree Dutta after sexual allegations were made by the latter.

Patekar, who is shooting for ‘Housefull 4’ in Rajasthan, has appointed Rajendra Shirodhkar as his lawyer. He was cited in FirstPost saying, “A legal notice has already been sent to her and she will receive it today. The notice that I have sent is a standard one — denying allegations and asking for an apology.”

Dutta alleges that Patekar had allegedly sexually harassed her in 2008 during the shoot of ‘Horn Ok Please’.

Patekar denies the allegations.
