‘Munnabhai MBBS’ actor Vishal Thakkar missing since 2016

Vishal Thakkar, an actor a part of the supporting cast in the 2003 hit film ‘Munnabhai MBBS’ has gone missing.

Thakkar, who played the role of a patient in the film, tries to commit suicide after being dumped by a girl. However, in real-life, Thakkar’s whereabouts are unknown ever since.

The Indian Express reports that Thakker borrowed Rs. 500 from his mother to watch ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’. He had asked his mother to accompany him also but she denied it. After watching the film, Thakkar text his father, saying, “I am going to a party. See you tomorrow.” Thakkar would have been 33 years of age now. The mother said, “I have no clue what happened to my son.”

The report adds that there has been no transactions on his bank account, his phone has been off and has been no calls or leads surrounding his disappearance.
