Mumbai Police registers Disha Salian’s case as “unnatural death”

Over the last few days, more potential links between the deaths of Sushant Singh Rajput and his ex-manager, Disha Salian have been reported by news outlets.

Former Maharashtra Chief Minister and presently BJP Rajya Sabha member Narayan Rane on Wednesday alleged that Rajput and Salian were murdered. Meanwhile, Mumbai Police called the public to share any information they had about Salian’s demise.

The press note, which was in Marathi, was cited in BollywoodLife. It said, “In relation to Disha Salian’s death, the Malvani Police Station has registered a case of unnatural death. Malvani police are investigating all possible angles related to this death. Regarding this, a lot of news/information is being published on social media, newspapers and TV channels. If anyone has any information or evidence relating to this and wishes to share it with us, can do so with the following officers.”

The Supreme Court has given Mumbai Police until Saturday to garner any further evidence on the case.
