Mrs Kapoor’s Daughter’s Wedding UK tour postponed due to coronavirus

Mrs Kapoor’s Daughter’s Wedding UK tour, which was expected to kick off on 4th April, has been postponed indefinitely due to the coronavirus outbreak.

In a statement published by AK Productions, it said, “AK productions and Mrs Kapoor’s Daughter’s Wedding like many other businesses in the UK are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. In response to the Prime Minister’s statement, advising the UK public to avoid unnecessary social contact, including theatres, we regret to inform you that Mrs Kapoor’s Daughter’s Wedding March-May 2020 Tour has been postponed to later in the year.

“The health and safety of our visitors to our shows is our number one priority.

​”We greatly appreciate your support at this uncertain time and can assure you, you are our number one priority, and we will be in touch with any updates as soon as possible.

“​For all guests who have purchased tickets already, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new dates. If you are not able to make the new show dates you will be eligible for a refund.

The eight-city tour was going to kick off with Leicester on Saturday 4th April. The new dates are expected to be announced once there is further clarity on coronavirus.
