More details emerge about SRK’s next with Rajkumar Hirani

Since news emerged about Shah Rukh Khan making his return on the big screen with Rajkumar Hirani, fans have been long waiting more details about the project.

According to latest buzz today, the lighthearted film will revolve around immigration. Khan is said to have given the filmmaker the green light and will commence working on it in October. Mumbai Mirror reports that this time will allow the director tweak the script with Abhijat Joshi and Kanika Dhillon.

The report also suggest that the film will show Punjab and Canada in the film. Furthermore, Khan will be changing his look for the role, where he will grow his hair longer.

A source told the publication, “Like all Raju films, it revolves around a serious, globally relevant issue and is treated with gentle humour. The story moves between Punjab and Canada. This guy is jovial, he’ll make you laugh and get emotional. Shah Rukh is growing his hair for the part.”

The source added, “The trio is currently giving finishing touch to the script, after which the team will chalk out a new schedule. The film requires a long outdoor shoot abroad and they will wait till travel restrictions are eased. If things get back to normal soon, it should kick off before the year ends.”
