More details about Abhishek Bachchan’s next film ‘Lefty’ have been revealed. The film has been raising excitement due to the popularity of Prabhudheva’s previous directorial ventures.

According to DNA India, sources have said “The film will see Abhishek play a left-handed character (considered inauspicious by some in India) who is on a mission to save his city. A regular guy in the world’s eye, he has special powers that help him sense trouble”. Bachchan himself is left-handed and identified with the story.

The film is scheduled to begin in mid-January in Hyderabad and the search is on for a new face to play the female lead in the film.
