After the success of ‘Ek Villain’ in 2014, rumours have been aplenty about its sequel. However, it has now emerged that Mohit Suri will no longer be directing the suspense thriller.
The Asian Age reports that Suri has not been able to give dates and a script for the film, hence producer, Ekta Kapoor is on the hunt for another director.
A source told the publication, “Both Ritesh and Shraddha have died in the first part. There is no chance for either of them to be a part of the sequel. Mohit was keen on working with Shraddha again, but he doesn’t have the time at the moment. So, a new director and a lot of faces which were not in Ek Villain will be seen in the second part.”
