Mohit Raina files complaint over ‘Mohit Bachao’ campaign

A case was filed under sections 384 IPC earlier this week against Sara Sharma, Parveen Sharma, Aashiv Sharma, and Mithilesh Tiwari. Reportedly, the police said that these four people were spreading rumours saying that star Mohit Raina’s life is in danger, much like the late Sushant Singh Rajput.

A case of criminal conspiracy, giving false information to the police, threatening and demanding ransom has been filed against the four, reports Bollywood Hungama.

Sara, who is reportedly an actress, claimed that Raina’s life was in danger and he was likely to kill himself. However, Raina and his family came forward denying the reports and said that he is fine.

Raina made his acting debut with ‘Meher’ (2005), but rose to popularity with his role in ‘Devon Ke Dev Mahadev’ (2011). He has also worked in films like ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ (2019) and ‘Mrs. Serial Killer’ (2020) for Netflix.
