‘Mohabbatein’ actress Kim Sharma accused of allegedly assaulting house help

Kim Sharma, the actress who featured in ‘Mohabbatein’ (2000), has been allegedly accused of assault by her house help Esther Khes.

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the incident allegedly occurred after Khes forgot to separate the whites from the rest of the laundry. She told Mumbai Mirror, “After the clothes were washed, I noticed that a black blouse had bled into a white tee. I realised my mistake and went to tell her about it immediately.”

She added, “She pushed me out of the house, telling me not to return. She even hurled unparliamentary words at me.”

She also said that she had not been paid after the incident, “I tried several times to get my salary. After her final refusal, I lodged a police complaint on June 27.”

A complaint has been logged with the police.
